Hello Fellow Orange Lakes Neighbors,

Do you have the most festive house in the neighborhood? West to East Realty invites the Orange Lakes residents to participate in the Second Annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest.

The top 3 winners will be chosen by YOU, the residents of Orange Lakes, during December 16-18, 2022. We will have a form go out as well to vote for the top 3 before that weekend.

Please enter your name, email, and unit # below to be entered into the contest.

Awards:

1. $50 Amazon Gift Card
2. $30 Amazon Gift Card
3. $20 Amazon Gift Card

Rules\Regulations etc.:

1. Decorating can be done on front, patio, or anywhere that can be seen by us residents!
2. Each resident units can only vote once even if they are not in the contest, as we will verify each units vote.
3. Contest is free to enter.
4. Winners will be contacted by Monday, December 19th.
5. As board rules, please only decorate based on the CC&R’s (no holes in the stucco or damages to the outside of the buildings or common areas)
